“Chagall in High Falls”
An exhibit focused on Marc Chagall’s years in High Falls that will include reproductions of his most acclaimed art from that period and vintage photos of him and his companion, Virginia Haggard. They are planning at least three evening events encompassing his coming to the United States and eventually to High Falls, local histories, readings of his prose and poetry, and discussions of how the flora and fauna of High Falls influenced his work.
